This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains Shunno Studio’s practices for refunds, returns, and cancellations of purchases, workshop bookings, and services.

- General refund eligibility
- Physical products: To be eligible for a refund, physical items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt unless a different period is specified on the product page. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Digital products & downloads: Digital products, downloadable files, and licensed digital content are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where defective or not as described.
- Made-to-order & custom items: Custom, personalized, or commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless there is a demonstrable fault or we fail to deliver as agreed.
- Workshops, events & bookings
- Advance payment: A 50% advance is required to secure most event or workshop bookings; the remaining balance is due on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.
- Participant cancellations:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: full refund of the advance minus any non-refundable fees (if applicable), or credit transferable to another workshop.
- Cancellation between 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund of the total fee or a transferable credit.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the event or no-show: no refund of the advance. (We may, at our discretion, offer credit for future workshops in exceptional circumstances.)
- If Shunno Studio cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
- Faulty or incorrect items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly. Shunno Studio will cover reasonable return shipping costs for items we shipped incorrectly or that arrived damaged.
- Refund process & timeline
- To request a refund, contact studio.shunno@gmail.com with your order number and details.
- After approval, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The time for the refunded amount to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider — typically 5–14 business days.
- Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund after the stated processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the refund still has not appeared, contact us at studio.shunno@gmail.com and we will investigate.
- Changes to this policy
- We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
