  1. Order processing time
  • Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
  • Processing time may vary for custom, made-to-order, or workshop bookings (longer processing times will be communicated on the product page or at checkout).
  1. Delivery methods
  • We offer the following delivery options depending on the item purchased:
    • Standard courier delivery (for physical products)
    • Express delivery (where available)
    • Local pickup at Shunno Studio (by prior arrangement)
    • Digital delivery via email or account access for digital products, tickets, or downloadable materials.
  1. Shipping charges and taxes
  • Shipping charges, VAT, or other taxes (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be shown on the product page and applied automatically at checkout when the conditions are met.
  1. Shipping addresses and customer responsibility
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. Shunno Studio is not responsible for non-delivery or returns caused by incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
  1. Delivery restrictions
  • Some items (e.g., fragile artworks, commissioned pieces) may have geographic or logistical restrictions. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page. Customers are responsible for assuring compliance with local import or customs rules where applicable.
  1. Delivery confirmation and tracking
  • For physical shipments, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information once the item has shipped.
  • Digital products will be delivered to the email address provided or made available through the customer’s account immediately after processing or at the scheduled delivery time.
  1. Shipping delays
  • While we strive to meet the stated timelines, external factors (weather, courier delays, customs clearance) may cause shipping delays. We will notify customers of known delays as soon as practicable.
  1. Non-delivery and returns
  • If an item is returned to Shunno Studio because it could not be delivered (e.g., incorrect address), we will notify you and advise on the next steps. Additional shipping charges to re-dispatch will be charged to the customer.
