Disruptive Transit

Living beings and objects are both destined to expire over time, and they pass through different transitions during their lifetime. In recent years, Pandemic-dark moments have situated us in a passage of change, a transient shift from the origin that misled us in the reclaiming phase of life.
In this crisis, a transition was inevitable to reassure our purpose through learning and unlearning.
Shunno Studio invited 4 visual artists from different orientations to work in the print process over the past three months. Within this timeline, they have explored and collaborated to imprint recollections of the past. Print-friendly scrapped materials (in transition to recycling) were used as the central matrix to sidestep prolonged methodological learning. During the process, the outcome remained uncertain and adventurous for all.
We gladly invite you to the open studio of the revealed artworks on 1st April 2022 at Shunno Art Space at 4:00 pm. The display will remain open daily from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm until the 7th of April
2022.
